Have an aldi one but have had three battery's die in the same amount of years on two cars, wondering if the charger ain't up to higher cap of cos and diesel battery's, ctek have range covering small batts to very large to compensate for current and storage ability and able to deep cycle and desulphanate tired batts..

I've got a c tec one on my bike great charger paid a lot for it! Also have the halfords one on my car I payed 15 pounds but now there 25 it's a maintainer / charger and dose the same job as the expensive one! Ive had it on my car out side as I extended the lead on and off now for about 2 years I'd never buy an expensive one again

if you are a member of costco phone your local one and ask if they have the CTEK Battery Chargers in. I got my one there for Ł20 not the top of the line one but does the job I need on a 097 battery

can get them for about Ł40 if you shop around on the net search for ctec zafir

the 45 will work but take a bit longer to charge bigger batteries!

The charger should handle the Cosworth battery no trouble, I would seriously be questioning just what it can do otherwise, after all it's quite a small capacity battery!

Even the very basic Ctek will handle 1.2-100AH capacity!

In addition they have other features, one thing that caught my eye was the reviver function, not that this should be needed if the battery is being maintained by it , like with anything you get what you pay for.

I know people who have bought cheap ones that only lasted 5 minutes.
