When does it misfire? All the time or just under load etc?

Do you know which cylinder it is? Take each lead off in turn and when the misfire doesn't get worse that'll be the cylinder. Check the plug to see if it's wet with fuel. If it is then I'd be doing a compression test, if not then i'd be looking at an injector / ECU issue.

not sure if u mite have the same problem, but I have just bought a sport ka, misfire the way u are describing, and turns out its an injector...quite common on the sport ka 1.6 from what I have experienced.
