Default Confusing dyno results....

Hi, had my mk 1 focus rs on the rollers today as i wanted to see how it was running (fueling ect) and see what power it was making as it was mapped when it was owned by someone previous to me and it was a few years ago.
Breif spec is- hybrid gt26 with gt28 internals, primary designs manifold, 1.7 bar on high boost, blitz bc, full exhaust, downpipe/decat ect, uprated prc chargecooler, k&n filter, simens injectors, uprated fuel pump.
I have a printout for 362hp and 365lb ft from a couple of years back and it certainly feels strong as though its making this sort of power, however i was a little dissapointed today as it only made 321hp but the tourqe was massive at 420lbft! The operator though that with a little fuelling adjustment it would smooth out the power delivery as it was slightly rich in the midrange but not really make much more power than it has at the moment.
Was confused with the results as the power was down but torque was up, was wondering if anyone has had anything similar with their car? Thanks

Check the boost. I think it has a peak early in the rev range so you get big torque and it is not holding it so the power is down.

26/28 on 1.7bar should be nudging 360hp so as above its probably getting enough low down to make plenty torque just not holding onto it. If you lean it out in the middle its likly to make a tad more torque as well which isnt going to be good for traction, infact im surprised its not terrible at present, lol.
Inlet temps ok?
