Default My BMW 320CD M Sport * Deposit taken *

My BMW 320CD M Sport 2004 is reluctantly up for sale,
It took me nearly 6 months to find one i was happy to buy after viewing loads i finally found this beauty.

This car has a massive spec list which i will touch on in this advert, it has been in my ownership for 2 years, during which time i have invoices for over £7000 on her making it into what i believe is a finished and extremely complete package.
She eats motorway miles, but is also pretty rapid! She drives perfectly in every way. The aim right from the beginning was to make a car with all the toys, plenty of grunt, but still economical, cheap to run, but also great fun And thats exactly what i have built.

2.0 Turbo Diesel, 6 speed manual.

Cloth/Alcantara Interior, very clean, well looked after.Full electric windows including the rear tilts, AC, Cruise control, all the M sport toys. Full total closure/comfort system. Factory parking sensors, DSC,

Body work again, Very clean, a few small marks here and there but very tidy.NO rust.

The new owner can simply jump in a drive, everything is done.

The car has just 1/12/12 had a major service ready for the winter months ahead, and doesn't need touching again for 19000 miles.

The under side is mint.never had any form of oil leak in its life.

The car has comprehensive history from my ownership as you can see all work has been documented.

Heres the spec and SOME of what I've done.

All four wheel bearings have been replaced.
All four Brake discs have been replaced with dimpled and grooved items.
The brake fluid has been replaced with race fluid.
The pads have been uprated.
The DSC master cylinder sensors have been changed.
New belts.
New thermostat.
New glow plug kit.
Swirl flaps have been removed.
EGR valve has been removed and a power pipe fitted.
Manifold removed and cleaned.
Fresh coolant has been used.
A new air con pump has been fitted.
The power steering fluid has been replaced.
The gearbox and diff oils have been replaced with nano tech oil.
A pair of club sport splitters have been fitted.
The front control arms have been poly bushed.
The rear trailing arms have been poly bushed.
The front wishbones have been replaced.
The track rod ends and rack arms have been replaced.
The rack boots have been replaced.
The exhaust has been modified with a stainless de cat front pipe, the second cat has been removed.
The car has been fitted with a large 60mm intercooler, custom made by Airtec.
MSD/Evolution custom remap
K+N Air filter
All bulbs have been replaced/uprated.
All four tyres have been replaced with Falken ZE912s.
A new glow plug relay was fitted.
The pollen filter was replaced.
The wiper blades have been changed to aero style.
A full set of dimple drain plugs have been fitted, engine, gearbox and diff.
A set of custom made boost hoses (Silicon have been made.
A full coil over suspension kit has been fitted and wheel alignment adjusted.
A Dynavin style head unit has been fitted, Bluetooth, DVD, DVBT,Sat Nav, Remote, works with std steering controls, Comes with VIBE sub box in boot.
A full speaker upgrade was done with Vibe Slicks
The AC climate controls have been relocated using genuine BMW dash panels.
A set of fitted blinds are fitted to the rear and rear tilt windows.
The alarm and all dealer options have been adjusted and tweaked.
New anti roll bar link arms were fitted.
The interior trim has been painted in a one off silver carbon effect, Body Colour.
A UUC short shifter kit has been imported from the states, and custom modified for a superb gear change!
The engine oil has been replaced every 7000 miles in my ownership.

As you can see, from touching on some of what has been done, this car has wanted for nothing.Ive spent hundreds of hours making it perfect.

i think the power is just over 200bhp, with over 300lb/ft,
She will return over 60MPG on a cruise with ease.
Making more power than a STD 330D, and giving fantastic economy as well as being totally reliable, i have done over 20k miles at this power level trouble free.

The car has done 162k miles, but as anyone who knows these cars will tell you, this is nothing! they will do over 250k easily, and you would seriously think it had done less than 50k to drive. Completely ECU error free.

11 Months MOT, 5 months Tax.

I have the STD head unit, dash binnacle, and the std M Sport suspension which will come with the car.

Priced for a quick sale now in the new year. £4995. I just be fookin mad as this is considerbly less than i paid for it std

priced for a quick sale, and this is a great deal for this car in this spec and condition. Comes fully valeted. I will also custom spec the user functions for the new owner, so it does exactly what he or she wants!

This is a reluctant sale, i love this car and what it does, but i have a new itch to scratch that i cant hold off any longer.

PM me or call me at MSD for details. You wont find another one like this.

Bad time of year? i can take a deposit, and keep her till january!

A few more pictures, the car is currently awaiting the custom boost hoses from AirTec, so all the engine covers are off giving a view of just how clean the engine is !

Interior is very clean, pics don't really do it justice

Nice, been thinking of getting a diesel recently.

Has it had/any history of new clutch or turbo?

I assume the clutch has been done, it feels absolutly fine,

The turbo is a problem with the early cars, but the late ones like this were trouble free, uses no oil, no smoke, no play in the shaft at all, so all is very well in these aspects. They run big boost as std.

If there were any issues like this i would have done them long ago. The car is as far as im concerned perfect, anything its needed to get it there has been done, I dont think there is one thing on the whole car that doesnt work or needs looking at.
Infact ive been doing things that didnt really need doing, but i did it anyway

All i can say is awsome cars, i have just bought the wife one but a tourer instead. The interior is the same as this one and its so comfortable. The wife's one has done 186k and was re-mapped with only 2k on the clock. These cars will go on and on, returning 60+mpg if driven at sensible speeds on the motorway (75mph).

Glws dude i bet it goes like stink with the extra mods, the wife's one chugs on well.

I'd be amazed if it's not on the original clutch, nothing to worry about though as they go for years and years,my 328i started slipping at 189000 and it had been given a bit shit over the years!!!
Looks really smart that, hope it sells soon for you fella, can't really think of a better person to buy a car off, someone who deals with engine tuning on a daily basis AND an ex mot tester!!!

Lol, they do massive miles for fun, I've serviced these at over 250k and they still drive like they have done less than 50k awesome machines you only need to look at the build quality to see why.

Same story as yours though, I have invoices for over 7k spent in 2 years, and I looked at so many before I found one in a condition I would be happy to buy. So many bad ones out there.

Whoever buys it will have nothing to do, but enjoy it

Mine too ...just serviced and mot`ed before i put it away...ready to go nothing to spend like most ...i wasnt saying you wont get 5500 but maybe more difficult from a trader..unless he has a big margin of course and has a car he wants out of...i sell cars for a living ....the 996 is my own car though.

Its a risk...when i bought mine i spoke to Hartec and the boss said there are not many that dont have bore scoring....thats why i went with one that had a new engine...its nerve wracking letting them pull it apart to get it on their service/warranty plan ...i pay a set amount each month that gives me a full service and mot every year but more importantly you only pay for parts so if the engine goes pop you pay about £1800 quid not 8k..lol

Mine has had all the bits done including the low temp thermostat mod

Plus people that do their research will allways look at a car on their plan.

If you want to give me a call its easier than messaging here.

Steve

Its easier for me though, i look after all sort of performance cars for a living, and if anything needed doing i would have no issue sorting it myself,
I intend to do like i have with the BMW and use it as a bit of development, and gets some new parts made and designed for them, I've been talking to Alan at airtec about doing alloy rads etc already lol.
