143,00 miles on the clock however last year had a full engine, gearbox and turbo rebuild

RS cosworth blue Paint job
Full semco hoses.
Oz racing alloys.
chrome under the bonnet.
Full K&N filer kit.
Full scorpion exhaust system.
Lowered springs.
No smoke on start up or when turbo kicks in.
Cat 1 insurance approved alarm- clifford concept 650 MK2 only fitted 4 months ago central locking (2 key fobs)
Full RECARO trim.
CD player
All electrics work mirrors and windows.
Heated window screen an rear window.
Interior in good condition.
Outside no rust at all and in very good condition.
Full service history/receipts going as far back as the original owners receipt from ford.

This car has not had much in the way of engine modification so it gives you room to put you own “mark on it”

No silly offers as I don't really want to sell my dream car I've only had it around 6 months, and have never enjoyed driving so much but due to baby on the way I need a more family friendly car.

There is a small tear in the drivers seat.

surely not the only imperial blue erst? looks stunning though. especially considering the milage.

Just advice, and I will edit it if you feel it is detrimental to the sale mate but

Mileage and colour change from non standard. Needs to be more realistically priced. It looks lovely, and if it had some big HP motor in it, big brakes etc then it would warrant the price tag.
There might be a buyer out there one day, but if you want to sell it then I think it needs to come down!

 

Well I feel it's a reasonable price personally, there is work to be done mate and that reflected in the price , as I have seen some go for a lot more money fully kitted.

Ive been watching the prices a lot lately and Series 2's are just not commanding the money at present. I've not seen many go at that sort of price. They will go up though like Series ones etc. Like I say, there may be a buyer out there Steer clear of Ebay if ya don't want messers

 

nice car you have but look what standard cars are going for I know yours is nice but it is realy a clean rs turbo with a respray and not worth £4100 which is why you still have it but good luck

 

Well thanks for the advice chaps,

if it don't sell I shall stick it in the garage as said its a reluctant sale and I would rather keep it needs must, I won't let it go for nothing

 

Reckon show season will help sell it bud

 

Only time will tell, I just hate the thought of it sitting there being well wasted. I've just started the advertisement again after Christmas so it's on a fair places now
