At the moment I'm running escos wheels front and rear on 215/40's. But the fronts stick out a bit and catch the arches on bumps and the wheel arch liners on lock. The steering is also heavy and doesn't self centre very well. The rears are fine so I was thinking of running the mondeo escos style wheels on the front. Has anyone done this? What do you think?
It did the same on my saph when it was lower with Escos wheels with same tyre size and the tyres smashed the front wings so new they are slightly dented
i had to replace the front springs for just 40mm lowering and havn't had a problem since.

I've picked a full set up for 80 quid so I'll try the fronts and see what happens. If it looks shit I'll fit the full set and flog the escos rims. I would rather it handled better than just looking good. I would go down to 15"s but they won't clear the brakes.
