Default Escort van suspension

Ive lowered my van (flip rear axle and cut front springs) ive also fitted some gaz shocks to the rear but its still really bouncy, can anyone recommend a way to stop it bouncing so much?

Also, what front shocks will fit the front as the ones that are on arent brilliant

cheers

1st mistake if you've cut the front springs... Anyway grab another pair of top rear springs, cut them down so that they are 1" longer each end than the bottom leaf. You will then need longer u bolts and longer locating pin for the springs to fit together.

Also if the shocks are adjustable (mine are) turn the setting to hard.
