Default all cvh camshafts the same??????

need a new camshaft for my rs turbo, was told years ago when ordered one for my mate they are all the same??????????

i have a new 1.4 camshaft kit kicking about & cant see any issues with fitting this myself??

looking on ebay there doesnt seem to be a specific cam for the rs

arnt they the same botters? about a foot long with bumps on it?

I found the piper 285 cam poxy, STD ford or Kent were best unless you want to go solid lifter route

RS cam is from the 1300 cvh if I'm not mistaken.

I believe the 1.3 1.6 RS XR3 are all the same.
The 1.4 is different.
Also they change depending on carb or injection.

So no, they are not all the same.

not the same at all, for an rsturbo try an xr2i cam, has a little more lift i believe.
