Will forged silver top pistons and steel conrods fit into a blacktop block?

Yes and the rod angle would be no different to a silvertop zt, which unless you're trying to build the ultimate zetec turbo would be fine!

Its ok anyway the engine i looked at was a silvertop so all is good.

I only asked because i know one of them has a longer rod and i think its the blacktop.
