Hi Guys,

As you know i was planning on giving it an overhaul well i went all out. I made some banded steelies, lowered it by 30mm on spaxys, new shocks all round and resprayed it black!

Next on the list is recaro interior!

could you not have used the rear/inner section/band of another set of wheels so as only to have 1 weld!!!

Mate of mine has an Si rep with a 2.0 silver top Zetec, goes like stink for a standard engine

yeah you coul but you would use two sets of wheels instead of just one

 

Nice transformation mate, but crikey, a spoon would take better pictures than what your using!

Not saying you couldn't do it your way, butmive beea precision turner for 6 years and I've never used a laser to clock something up on a manual before. Nor would a take a grinder to a inner wheel lip and expect them to be safe.

Looks different though and different is good
