Default fiesta rs turbo problem

hello to everyone,i am doing a re shell of a fiesta rs turbo.today i tried to start it and after some time it started but idled for 2/3 seconds.the car has been standing for 3 years but i can hear the pump working and there seems to be fuel to the injectors.i replaced the idling control valve ,coil, throttle position sensor but no results.i checked the timing again and it seems to be right.
has anyone got a clue please as to what might be the cause?
thanks in advance

There will be a small black hose going from the inlet manifold to a sensore bolted to the scuttle panel, near to the EDIS plug, thats the MAP sensor.

Map is a good shout, did the same on my mates escos, everything seemed fine then just failed to start one day.
Also crap petrol doesn't help, shove some octane boost in.
You could also try the old deodorant in the airbox trick, will run for about 15 secs then, could be enough to drag the fuel through etc.
