I'm thinking about getting some wheels for my Saff Ghia, I have put the running gear on from a 24v. Infact everything inside and out, near enough re-shelled the Granny into my Saff.

So the hubs are 5x112

The wheels are 8x17 ET35.

How would they be at the front with regards to full lock, wheel arches etc, the Granada wheels already stick out a slight bit as the Granny has a slightly wider track than the Sierra.

How does everyone else get on with 8x17 on a normal Saff?

 

Not the best example of how it stands, it's not settled in this shot - it's the best I have to hand, the rear sticks out a lot more, like the front but you get the idea..



Do you think it would be too much with 8 inch wide wheels?

I cannot remember the width of the 24v alloys?
