Last week at work i had to do 3 exhaust manifolds an Ka's, 1 on the Endura engine and 2 on the Duratec.
The Duratec is easy to do but having to fucking remove the drive shaft wtf is that all about?
And as for the Endura engine, there is just zero room to get the manifold out the bay and 1 bolt near the power steering pump is near impossible to get to. This time we took off the engine mounting but in the past outside of work i've bent the front end a bit to get the manifold out.

Any easier/quicker ways to get these feckers out??

i drop the rad out of the way and pop the bumper off, easy as and takes like 30 mins to swop the cat, i do a couple of these a month easy.

i cheat on ka's if doing manifolds, powersteerin pumps or alternators i cut the upper front panel off and then weld it back on after lol
