hi all i have had this in my garage for a few years now and needed to have a good clearout so pulled it out stripped it and checked it and have put it back together so its ready to go.
it was in my cabby when i brought it and i was told it was rebuilt to a standard spec with all new parts to which i could not be sure of untill i stripped it which i have as you can see in pics and it looks all good!!! the only reason it was removed as the turbo went and i decided to go the 2.0 zetec turbo route but only got halfway through building the enigine and like most projects i didnt finish due to other commitments so just went n/a 2.0 zetec and sold the engine so this was redundant. ill let the pics do the talking but basicly i have stripped it down and checked everything ive relapped the valves and fitted new seals etc fitted a new headgasket cambelt and all other gaskets etc a new sump and given it a general tidy up. it comes as in the pics and ideally id like to get £500 for it as i feel thats a fair price.all other spares i have i would do the lot for £600 if you want the lot or please feel free to make me an offer on what you want.

and some spare bits for the zvh conversion inc new and unused head bolts water plate addaption plate and breather / return pipe adaptors.

 

forgot to add the cam is an uprated version but im unsure of make and exact spec (suspect piper) also have charge carrier and some silicone hoses and a few other bits that i will throw in!!!!

 

take a look behind the dizzy on the end of the cam that will tell you what it is mate

 

i can now confirm it has a kent cvh 35 profile cam in the head.

 

is the turbo any good?

Engine and spare block and zvh adaptor plate n bolts now sold everything else still availible!!! Must go no sensible offer refused!!!
