My penultimate round of the championship at Prescott went really well I was 1.5 seconds faster than anyone else in my class the new 888's are excellent and whatever people say they are also awesome in the wet.
The morning was very wet as it had been raining through out the night but had stopped about 4am:
1st practice I put in a time of 61.66 it started to dry out by 2nd practice I improved quite abit to 57.44
After lunch it had dried out almost everywhere just still damp under the trees
1st Race run I did put in a new PB of 53.35 and was the fastest in class and was 1st in my class as it's handicapped
2nd Race run I made a slight improvement to 53.13 an even better PB but I ended up coming in 2nd by 0.07 seconds (due to a lady being slightly closer to her handicapp even thou she was 12 seconds slower up the hill
)
But it was still an excellent day the 3 door is feeling so good. the 888's are amazing bring on the last round at Curborugh then the Midland Hillclimb Championship next year when it's fastest time wins
Here's the break down of the runs from my class courtesy of Resultsman:

And here's a couple of videos from both race runs:
Run 1 53.35 secs
Run 2 53.13 secs

The offset is ET33 but I used to have 10mm wheel spacers on the rear but they were cheap shitty multifit ones so they didn't go back.
I've got some 16mm hubscentric ones to go on (I can always machine them down if 16mm is too much)
But there is alot of room in the rear now it's been completely chopped out just enough there to fit the plastic arches back on.
The rear chamber is set to 1 degree Neg it used to be 1.5 neg but i've found it better to get off the line with 1 neg.
