I've recently contacted derv doctor about remapping my mrs' Astra 2 litre dti on an 04 plate and he said it can't be done but didn't seem to want to explain why but in the next breath offered to sell me a tuning box for £400!!!

Does anyone know if this is true or not and if so any insight as to why it can't be done?

have a look on evolutionchips.co.uk and see if its listed, that will at least tell you if it can be done or not.

Mas performance have been giving us tdci owners good live remaps for our st tdci's with good results! i'm sure they'll do it.

 

I would try MSD for an evolution map or you can try CRD technology (bolton) for one of there own.
