Default No win no fee insurance claims, anyone done it?

My wife was involved in an accident about 18 months ago where somebody drove straight into the back of her whilst she was waiting to pull out onto a roundabout. The bloke that hit her got out and admitted it was his fault etc etc. Her car has been repaired but we are now at the stage where her insurance comapny are saying he is not admitting liabilty and it might go 50/50( he is now saying she pulled out in front of him causing him to hit her offside rear ) My wife is getting increasingly cross saying she will happily go to court etc but I think her insurance company just want to go 50/50 and finish it. She was slightly injured , whiplash etc and has had some treatment for it from her insurance company. Does anyone have any experience of these comanies that advertise on the radio? Up untill now I have found the ads very annoying thinking they are just praying on the increasing claim culture in thi scountry but now I'm not so sure. My Mrs has received no damages at all and its looking as if this knobs going to get away with it. Is it worth contacting one of these companies to get things moving?

Cheers Gaz

A good friendf mine Mark Lampkin of Lampkin & co sorted me out within a few months and has also sorted out a few members off here, I cannot express how down to earth and honest he is, there is no fee either, you get all your compo and after the matter has been settled then his company is reimbursed from the other parties insurance, seperate from you!!!

I posted a thread some time ago about how he helped me out when someone crashed into me, I had a mrec courtesy car within 24 hours and also kept the written off car which went on ebay, was a catc anyway but still got full market value for it!!

do a search on here for the thread mate as its a good read and opens your eyes as to what exactly your missing out on in terms of ligitiment claims and insurance

Hope this helps

Umm the only reason I can think your insurance company want to go 50/50 is because he is insured with the same company

Happened to us before

So the damage on his car must have been on the front and the damage on your wife's the rear
Yeh course she caused that FFs
What's the matter with these people
I'd fight it all the way mate

How's things other than that
Not spoken to you in a long time

I'm good thanks mate. I'm still going to the shows but to be honest the enthusiasm is starting to wane.

She has got legal cover but to be honest they seem very keen to wrap this up without too much of a fight.

my legal cover covered me 4 years after an accident so they are tryig to save money is all

it will most likely be a case where they are both insured by the same company so they will fuck you both over rather than just the one to save some money and make you pay more
