Ive replaced lower arm on my frst, but what I did was tighten up bolts and pinch bolt while car was of the ground,I know I should of lowered first then tighten up,I know they are Strecth bolts do will have to replace now anyway would this affect the camber the way I did it as the ball joint is rubbing on the back of the discs, the car has been lowered but I never had this problem while it was lowered on the old arms what have I done wrong!
Did the pinch bolt go in easily? sounds like you have pushed the ball joint in to far.
The ball joint usualy sits flush with the top of the hole.
you should be able to see straight through the hole
Im guessing you have a fiesta rst if thats the case it doesnt really matter if the wheels are up or down because if I remember right both suspension arm bolts are vertical so it couldnt possibly twist the bushes up

Yes been changed 3 times, but the right ones in now,non power steering 2 rivit 1s 20 mm longer than normal if that makes any sence problem causing me nightmare lol
it should not really effect anything i have never done lower arm bolts up on the floor the worse thing that i have had happen is they creek so simply undone them and retightened when on the mot ramp i think it might be time for you to fit gen om ones
