Default rs1600i rep.... with a twist

here is my wee project

i bought this 3 months ago with a knackered 1.8 running badly on webbers (smoking bad aswell)

since then ive fitted
my st170 engine out of my old focus
engine spec
cat cams (with vvt delete)
arp rod bolts
freshly rebuilt less than 5000 miles ago

so thats in the escort along with
bike itbs
heat wrapped focus 4-1 manifold
rs turbo mongoose exhaust
cat cams (with the vvt removed)
stage 1 rs turbo clutch
mk6 escort gearbox
megasquirt ecu
cvh flywheel
swirl pot in boot
sytec high pressure pump
motec? low pressure pump
oil catch tank
launch control with flat to floor shifting
koni lowering springs

and some pics









thats it for now just tidying things up with it just now cant wait to start using it doing a 4 wheel alignment on it tonight aswell

I know it was lowerd that amount when I bought it might change the springs for 40mm ones
