I am struggling to get my cossie running well since changing chip and injectors.

CO is way too high and I get no response from the CO pot on the ecu. Its got a sooty exhaust and keeps fouling plugs. I am getting really quite miffed with it tbh.

Base idle set and fuel pressure set too.

I have renewed the CTS and ATS but no different - £20 quid I should have kept in my wallet.

Tried calling MSD but not really interested. PM'd Stu but no reply.

Any decent Cosworth guys out there that can fix stuff but without the lottery winning price tag for the privelige - I'm near Sudbury, Suffolk.

SCS in Peterborough isn't too far away.

 

Bit out the way but APT near Norwich, family run and has a history of dealing with RS cars (although now focused on jap stuff), Scole Engineering owned and run by brothers (used to be linked to the RS Owners meet held near Diss but that is going back a few years when it was split between Scole and Weston Longville) or Clive Atthowe, Norwich (years and years of tuning) - appreciate these are all in Norfolk but none would let you down....good luck!

Just a bit pissed off today and I post how I feel lol Think something is going to be plug 'n' play and it doesn't work out like that.

 

What chip and injectors was it

 

msd 380bhp and greys so a tried and tested set up.

I am not sure if I'm missing something, I am not blaming the chip but running out of ideas now.

 

have you read everything on http://www.bigturbo.co.uk/ and checked every sensor?

 

as said, scs up the A1 at peterboro, or A1 rallysport on the A1 near biggleswade.
