does anyone know what pins you earth on a l8 ecu for msd al and lc?

Is it a case of running a wire to each pin and earthing it out?

Yeah just run a wire from 13 and 14 and put it to ground via a switch.

The plug that 13 and 14 are on also has a 3rd pin which is ground, I use that for the ALS ground, and use the handbrake switch to ground the LC so it only works with the handbrake up

 

ALS is pin 13
Launch control is pin 14
You just earth that wire and that feature is enabled.

If the chip didn't have al&lc would it damaged the ecu?

 

I think it opens a parallel universe mate if not active lol
