As title mines just stopped working just drops to 0 or flicks round to 160mph .Ive changed the sensor on gear box and it cost £125 pounds at Fords was fine for a day then went again .I did send clocks away and had them tested and they said they was fine got charged £70 quid for that .So im £200 pound down got no where so thinking of buying another set of clocks . Or another thing i read isthat there are 2 earths near air box that need cleaning up ive not tried this yet ill let you know but any other advice on what to check id be greatfull

 

Ok a little up date managed to get hold of some second hand clocks with 59k on them all seems fine at the moment and im going up to leister the weekend for the mk1 FRS anniversary so that will be a good test

 

Another up date 350 miles later the new clocks are working fine

 

It's quite common to have faulty clocks on these mate

 

Yeah i should of change them first .But when my Son sent them off to be checked they said they was fine so thats why we swayed to the other thing but at least there working now plus if this helps others with there FRS
