stick with what you have, escos rims are all wrong for S1s and softlines are simply a poor mans RS7

Out of the choices you've given, I'd rekon softlines...
If not, I would go for std 7 spokes, or good old MO's!

on the 16 RS7s it will drive and handle miles better but the 17s do look better and are easier to find as the 16s are hens teeth to locate

i know it drives awfull on these 17s but it looks good like u say it would probly benefit from polybushing aswell.

the 16s are hens teeth i know they seem to get snapped up for fiesta rsts as i dont think the 17s fit proply

There is 16" diamond cuts on gumtree based in N Ireland for Ł300

Imo stick to stock 7 spokes

Diamond cuts are overpriced and overrated crap. And sure you are bored of your set. I agree Escos wheels dont look right on a S1.

If you are going aftermarket, it has to be Comp TH2s

Azevs suit it because of the era of the car....but every wee cock end with skinny jeans and a Golf will think your S1 has gone the Euro look..lol

I personally dont like S1's, but if i had one (or if my S2 was road going) i would 100% genuinely have them on something like TSW Stealths or Venoms, or along the lines of Antera 143s or Momo Arrows. Just for utter nostalgia!!
