Default Coolant swirl pot fitting?

i know a lot of people say they are pointless etc. but i've got one and want to fit it as it looks good
My problem is the swirl pot i have has 2 small outlets at the top, every other one i've seen only has one.
i have a turbo cooler, which returns to the header tank and a spare inlet on the header tank. I've now got this swirl pot to plumb in and a pro alloy power steering tank/cooler to feed from somewhere.
what do i connect to where?
i could take the cooled turbo return through the power steering cooler, that would be nice and neat, then do the normal thing and take one of the small swirl pot outlets to the header tank, but then i would have to block off/weld up the other outlet on the swirl pot.
anyone come across this before?
also, i've read of people restricting the swirl pot bleed off, what size have you used and how?
thanks
Graham
