below is my fuel setup, to quieten it down in the cabin, was thinking of covering the pump in a box of allot with some sort of dyanmat sounds deading, will this hard the pump?

 

No it will be fine mate..did the same with the pump on my
106 track car.

Rubber mount the pump properly. And is that even an 044 ?

There is a direct solid connection to that filter ( which IMO is too small ) which in turn is directly connected to the swirl tank which is bolted solid to the floor. All of that will transmit and amplify noise.

But boxing after that will also help.
