Default VW turbodiesel hybrid turbos

So, i need a little more mid range from my car, cars already been remapped, but i feel (and have had previous PD engined vehicles) that there is potential for more pulling power.

Base engine is an AUY 115hp, im not looking for a gazillion hp or chasing torque figures, this is a daily driver that does over 500 miles a week.
Im looking to improve low end to mid range and feel even though it has had a very custom map that the reality is that there needs to be more airflow to gain anything else.

So, ok we find an upgrade unit (even off a larger hp model) how do we test fuelling under load on the diesel engine? Im not looking for a bodge upgrade it must be factory reliable.

Does anyone have any dyno plots/compressor maps for the various PD engine turbo's?

please discuss/suggest?

Are you around 165bhp now?

You could swap the pd150 mani/turbo, injectors and OE fmic - that plus a good remap (from Rtek say) will see 190bhp and 320ft/lbs

Cheers guys, like I said, this vehicle cannot fault or vary from factory driveability or reliability.

I will look into those options
