Default Where to get a de-comp plate for a 1.8L Zetec?

I'm building a low spec zetec turbo for my mk3 escort using my current 1.8 engine and just gathering up parts. Already have an rst t3 with manifold/actuators etc and got arp rod bolts but seeing if anyone supplies decomp plates or do you have to get your own fabricated?

Cheers,
Duncan
