Recently purchased a St170 so far am over the moon with it. Even though i have already had EML on but a code reset and a change to Higher octane fuel seems to have helped for now but im sure it will come back.

thankyou, i a bit new to all this forum stuff so please bare with me, I have an issue with my 58 plate 1.6 focus it shows the esp light permently illuminated, I have had it put on a computer and the code C1288 comes up saying pressure transducer main/primary circuit failure. This has been reset but comes straight back on . I have been told that it may be the ABS ECU modulator at a cost of £1300 supply + fitting.
the plugs to the ABS and steering look ok si im wondering if you or any of your members have any thoughts or wisdom to share. Thanks in advanced Chief
