impreza or evo which has strongest drivetrain ?

just curious which one out of all of the models of evos and imprezas has the strongest transmission and diffs as standard ?

and how much power can it take when driven hard ?

I have an evo 7 running 550 bhp all standard apart from the clutch and have had no problems at all.

evo id say standard diffs/box will take 500+ its the rear casing that let them own they crack as there alloy if you can get a rs diff casing them problem gone ! iirc sheady's was on standard diffs and he managed to break a casing at 600bhp doing silly launches

edited to say stay away from the 6 speed box on a evo there weak
