Hello all, i am considering breaking my escort rs turbo, i am just trying to guage interest at this point as to whether i have buyers for the more bigger expensive items. i want a car thats more modern and can use day to day in this modern British weather!!!
I will only start breaking once i have some buyers for the more major components of the car.
The car is of a good spec and i am looking to break literally the whole car so anybody who wants anything please dont hesitate to ask. i work difficult hours so please bear with me in calling you back regarding parts and dont hesitate to drop me a pm either. my mobile number is 07871319149. i would prefer text messages as like i say i work shift paterns. makes it easier for me.
A general list of the cars parts are listed below, i could possibly deliver some of the bigger items if you pay me for fuel ect.

The engine is a 2.1 litre zvh. At present the head is still attatched but i will split it if i get buyers. The bottom end is a bored out 2 litre zetec with forged accralite pistons and burton power steel con rods. the crank is on a standard grind and has not long been rebuilt by jamsport. covered around 3000 miles at most. the compression ratio and everything was done on the back of jamie goings advise and made really good power. The bottom end will come with a genuine ford water pump, burton power 1.3 cvh tensioner and oil pump. Made 250 bhp at only a bar but can take more boost. price is £800.
The cylinder head is a jamsport spec cylinder head with uprated valve springs to prevent bounce and a kent cv35 camshaft and good hydraulic lifters, no tapping ect. again the head was new and has only covered approx 3000 miles. Price is £350.
Arp stud and nut kit for the head is £80.
CVh flywheel drilled out the suit, £25.
4 Paddle clutch and strong standard ford clutch cover plate, never had it slip on me. £50
Reemered out standard inlet manifold from a fiesta rs turbo which is matched to cylinder head with custom gasket is £80. (no sensors included)

Escort rs turbo exhaust manifold with 2wd cosworth t3 turbo. Orientation is to suit rs turbo obviously can obvioulsy be spun back around easily to suit a cosworth. £180.

I also have a jampsort custom exhaust downpipe to suit also thats 2.5". cost 150, i will sell for £100. maybe do a deal on the above turbo and down pipe at around £250.

Gotech mfi pro x management complete and ready to install. £550.

Green top injectors imported from usa, flow rate of 400cc. £50.

Jamsport big bearing gearbox with a gripper diff, just been rebuilt all of 100 miles ago so like new. £650.

Standard radiator. With no leaks ect. £80.

Radtec intercooler, full size comes with fans and fitting kit. £180

Full set of boost samco hoses, charge pipe samco is custom made to avoid heat of exhaust manifold. £55. ( wills show pics of these upon request).

Full set coolant and auxilery samco hoses, in blue. good condition. £85.

Chrome rocker cover from a fiesta rs turbo. £40

Baileys header tank, in good condion, could do with polish. £100.

Baileys swirl pot. £40.

Ram air air filter. £20.

Ford racing coolant temp gauge in white RARE. £60.

Ford racing Oil pressure gauge in white again rare. £60.

Ford racing Boost pressure gauge in white again. £60.

3 gauge mount for where centre vents go in dash. good condition. £20.

Full set of koni suspension in a fairly rusted condition but works a treat. £125.

car has got a new steering rack not long ago fitted ect but a majority of the uprated parts ect have been listed above but like i say a full is looking to be broken here and i wish to sell everything so please ask, dont hesitate. i will supply prices upon request for all other parts. i look forwards to hearing from you all. Car has recently passed it MOT so all ball jolints ect and everything everywhere else is of a great condition.

OMP steering wheel and rs turbo boss to suit. £70.

Scorpion exhaust system 2.5" with 4" rolled out back box. £80.

shell is red and in a fair condition, obviously would require work to make mint, would rather sell shell complete but i am willing to split panels ect. £250.

bonnet comes with aeroquip lockable bonnet pins.

GReddy boost controller, profec b spec 2. which is a brilliant piece of kit, £180.

Push button start panel which i used to isolate switches ect to give me more control. £25.

Smoked rear lamps £30.

I have a total of 6 standard alloy wheels 2 with road tyres which are legal, 2 with no tyres and 2 with nearly new R888 tyres. the two with r888s ae for sale at £200. all the alloys are £25 each there after.

The car has pretty much no interior inside as i have stripped it for santa pod use. but i still have most of the interior if anybody wants any.

Like i say i am only gauging interest and will not break until i have buyers for a majority of the major components ie the engine ect.

its an 88 spec bumper but in good condition, just usual markings ect. let me know if interested.

Pics of intercooler? Any damage etc?

 

the pistons are accralite pistons which means they come with high crowns on them for the user to shave off and set there own compression ratio so for use in several engines, these are actually around 9.2-1 ratio, this is set on jamsports advice and makes really strong power 250bhp at only a bar of boost. but if you choose to buy them there is nothing stopping you shaving more off them should you want them lower comp. this is the beauty of these pistons. i want to sell the bottom end complete for £800, worth that all day long imo.

the intercooler i can sort pics out tomorrow mate but no damage whats so ever and in really nick. radtec front mount full width model, i bought it new from radtec direct and cost approx £350. so good deal. i will sort pics tomorrow.

 

Interested in rolling shell, all samcos and possibly gauges.

i can supply pics tomorrow mate but would be good if i had a buyer for all of those. but obviously shell is nowhere near bear and wont be for a while.

Yes suspension is still needs a new home. Wanting 125 for it. Starting to get some interest now so really am considering breaking her up. Really want a new home for the engine and management though as that would help.

The turbo was purchased second hand ad therefore mileage is unknown however the exhaust downpipe has covered 1000 miles. I have got a pic of turbo whilst being fitted.
