Mondeo TDCI engine removal

Mondeo TDCI engine removal
Can anyone advise me of the best way to remove the engine. Do I take it out the top or remove the whole front suspension etc.

Easier through the bottom, with the gearbox still attached. Take the whole subframe down. Undo the turrets from the top.

I have found in the past that the easiest way as suggested above but depends really on the reason for removal

Engine is coming out cos there is a hole in it!!
