Default MTX 75 into Series 1

Hi there,

I'm posting on behalf of a friend who is building a 2 litre 16v zetec turbo engined series one, and has been advised that the MTX75( fitted with a Quaife ATB) from an RS2k is the way forward.

Has anybody made the swap, and if so, was it a challenging one?

Driveshafts/ mounts / clutch, and stater location were my main issues.

Your advice would be well appreciated

Thanks and regards
