What length in mm's is a T34 actuator rod / turnbuckle ?

Do you mean the part that screws on the threaded actuator rod, the part with the hole in the end that drops over your wastegate pin ?

Exactly that mate yeah

After searching about there appears to be 3 different lengths for the Cosworths.

Depends if you have an original spec actuator if you have fitted one from a Sierra like the guy above.

Its a Escort Cosworth 31 actuator bought from your place Stu so basically my full set up turbo side is stock escort cos. I emailed a couple of months back but you don't keep the rods i was told.

Contacted a few other places since and most replies were measure it or total head scratching as to what length it should be.

Seems to be a lot of people running a non matching turbo to actuator. Not sure if it makes a difference in the running or not?

Not in the slightest mate. If you still have the adapted turnbuckle to fit a Sierra length -31 to the car then if you want to pay the postage, fire it back to me with a note and I will swop it for a Sierra version mate.

Thanks Stu but i would be no better off switching to Sierra as i would still need to find a actuator rod for that lol

Is 140mm about the length of the Escort Cos actuator rod?
