Default 2nd Silencer

Who runs a system on their RST with 2 silencers (or more maybe)...
I run a scorpion system, which isn't what i'd class as loud, but if youve read my thread in the GD room ive been getting aggro off the local plod for having an excessively loud car, 98dB at 4,000rpm to be exact lol!
So i was thinking of fitting this

Into my exhaust system to quieten it down, what do we think?

I did read that one of the jap tuning firms (think it was hks) made a tailpipe insert that was designed to assist with cars passing track noise limits without being restrictive, might be worth a look.

I'll look into an insert for the tailpipe and maybe cutting the box n re-packing it...
Im thinking tailpipe insert ftw, if not maybe a 2nd silencer still
