Default Sandblasting - what pressure/air delivery is needed?

Ooops! - Wrong place - I've reposted in non-car but can't move this reply there.

I have a 10 bar compressor but it only has a 50l tank and the blasting gun I bought (max 8 bar) doesn't seem to do very much.

It could be because I just tried it with some kiln-dried paver sand that I had handy but, before I spend any more money on a proper blasting medium, do you think my compressor is fit for this task?

Pressure is high enough, sand is considered dangerous now due to lung cancer fears.

I used this stuff
