Problem Cossie brake upgrade - (pic inside)
let them run, the discs will soon rub away the little bit of the caliper carrier that they hit
done it loads of times and never any issues, the discs heat up and expand and even if you grind away th ebit that's hitting, when they get hot they will hit again and you will be going mad trying to figure out what's wrong

Do it properly and file the inside of the caliper. Or get the discs turnt down slightly on a lathe.
My brother has not long fitted cossie brakes to his s2 and he didnt have to do no filing they just bolted on, he had to use thin washers to move the carrier over a little thats all.
Had a look at the 2nd pair calipers and mine are original cossie brakes. Also the other
parts didn´t work on the car, so I started my Dremel and now they fit perfect.
