why does my zetec turbo in my s2 sound crap, to me its like a saxo with a cheery bomb is it due to the exhaust im running or what

 

Could be, whats happened to your screamer pipe? It is still there or have you got the wastegate outlet going into the down pipe now?

I always find exhaust leaks, even small ones make cars sound crap...

 

still waiting for intercooler to turn up mate so still running without external wastegate coz of the pipe ive made up to run without intercooler is in way. it just sounds shit when you get to about 3k revs an up its not deep at all

 

they sound totally differant if they haven't got the erst cvh exhaust manifold fitted.

 

Oh i know that mate but this really does sound crap
