i have a st170 2004 with the 9006 audiophile stereo with 6 disc cd andsub/ amp etc.

my question is i want to try and use my ipod with it, can i get a auxiliary audio input or not.

or is it best to upgrade my stereo and buy a new one????

 

Hi , tried this about 18 months ago. There did not seem to be any available aux sockets. I also tried with little effect using a transmitter. The worst part of the update is the stupid 1 & 1/2 standard size of the unit. This leaves you with an unsightly filler bar to fill up the gap.
