1998 S reg 2 door SMG coupe in Estoril Blue. Full years MoT and 5 months Tax. Full service history and lots of receipts. Had Inspection 1 service last month with new plugs and filters. This car is in immaculate condition. with no rust at all. The interior is Silver grey Vadar leather, also in very good condition. Has walnut wood pack plus usual refinements. The Motorsport wheels are in mint condition, having Goodyear Eagle F1 front tyres with good tread, and brand new rear Avon ZZ3 tyres. The car drives perfectly, pulling strongly as it should but still returning 35mpg on motorway. Gearbox in great condition having been fully serviced a year ago with new SMG relay. It changes through all gears as expected and is very responsive in tiptronic mode. No Vanos issues at all, and the engine behaves as it should. There is also a receipt for the rear trailing arm bushes having been done which is a common fault on these cars. The car has been fastidiously maintained over the years, and is a credit to all previous owners including myself. It's a standard car apart from some very subtle points, such as HID Xenon headlights with angel eyes, flat windscreen wipers, and the windows have a very light tint to them which keeps the sun out over the summer. Got a convertible sat on my drive, these drive so right. Not much in its price is going to stay with and third gear is insain! Pretty sure I seen this on m3 cutters. And the smg box can be fixed cheap now and people know alot more about them

 

You hear alot of bad stories about the smg's in e36's but it has never given me any issues what so ever drives spot in superb motors!

I took mine out for a spin yesterday in the sun, the old girl certainly goes well and that is a convertible. Estoril blue is a seriously stunning colour, looks so much better in the flesh as well.

Good idea, these are going to start to rise in money soon. Just as quick as the E46 and just as good around a track as a E30. Strip these cars out and strut brace them up and they go like fook around corners
