2.5 st lump in a mk1 escort
anybody seen anyone do it?
i already have the engine complete as dropped out with the key, turbo etc
and am negotiating a beautifull little 4 door with a bite or 2 taken out by the rot monster (so not to worry about ruining anything)
my main concerns are
will it fit in the bay, cutting about is fine but nice to know
ideal box too use
wiring including the factory immob if possible
i know very little about these rear drivers so i expect i'd need to consider axles etc
the car just needs basics like sills floors and front end
im told it needs wings and arches but they look good to me and i'd like to save a panel rather than change a wing for a little repair and all that
any ideas guys?
