Default any idear why i cant get no pedal feel

i got uprated to 4pot willwood and st170 discs, had servo changed, also pistons in rear drums and braded lines changed, got brakeing but got to push all the way down to floor and then stoping is not good at all what should i be looking at next doing my head in

master cylinder isn't big enough to fill the 4 pots without that much travel prob,
will need to uprate the master cylinder as well

master cylinder bore size determines feel/force required fopr a given amount of power at yon end. it sounds like the m/c is not compatible. are you using rst one still? id try the mk3 mondeo one as its bigger and on a std setup is a good upgrade. could be an airlock as above said though. the 4 pots have some crannys that would potentiolly make bleeding a bastard compared to std stoppers. id persevere with bleeding/tapping the system with a screwdriver handle bottom-top to dislodge air that maybe trapped.

will the mk3 mondeo be a direct replacement or would i have to mod it in any way car is a frst at the moment also what mk3 mondeo model would be best to cheers for advice
