Yes I have but I have been offered a car I have wanted for a loooong time so selling up. The new should appreciate at the same rate as cosworth. If not faster.

Well Monday morning I am on a 5 hour drive and have to go passed your location... I could pop in and take a look with a view to buy.... but seems the seller has fallen off the face of the planet?

 

No fallen of the face of the planet. I was 34000 foot above it for a long while, travelling home from work. Was selling to buy my mates Escos as I was "informed" I could not own both, and still sleep in the big bed. Advert was crap as it was half arsed as I don't really want to sell.

I have a little time as the escos seller is in no rush, so was gonna keep working on owning both.

So for now the car is not going anywhere, and todays little run out in confirmed that even more. Big smiles on boost.

 

if her indoors wont let you have both,ban her from the big bed lol

The car is on ebay now, need to sell pretty sharpish as I have ear marked money for some other ventures. I have put it up for £8250 with comp mo's and original wheels thrown in. I will take £8000 from passionford members.

The car spec is standard engine wise. Just been rebuilt.

A bit off topic mate but how did you get the pictures to load up on the actual ebay description? i have tried to do this loads of times but always fail!!

 

Switch the tab at the top of the box where you are writing the description from standard to HyperText Markup Language (HTML) after you have wrote all your txt in standard. Then just copy and paste your HTML addresses from photobucket for each photo. Photobucket creates them so its a piece of piss.

 

I would of had this if I was not on the otherwise of the country

There's Inglebys in Yorkshire too, that's only 300 miles.

I bought a £2k car from Scotland, so spending £8k on a car and not travelling more than say 100 miles is madness I tell yee!

 

Ingleby Barwick is in Stockton on tees. North East England. I call it Ingleby Spamwick cos a lot of the houses are far too dear for what you get and you can only afford Spam as the weekly "meat"

Same difference. I am from Middlesbrough, live in Stockton but hate to admit it. Literally the same place on a map, just the river tees divides the two.

Nothing patchy at all. Apart from ebay suspending my account and asking to prove ownership of items listed. I am dealing with them, which is never easy.

The car is honest, and still here. Does need bits of work, but I have always stated that, but I am not giving it away. Getting to the point where it might go back under covers for a few years. No point in throwing money away.

Yep sold to me, car is nice but not amazing needs a bit of tidying up but is a nice straight example which is a good base to start with. Will start a mini resto thread when i get round to doing anything with it
