Default Is buying this a wise idea?

Been looking for something different and I'm bidding on this, does anyone know anything about them? It's a V8 petrol (i think) snatch landrover, random but at the same time frickin' cool!

try looking on www.landyzone.co.uk, plenty of advice, but search first before asking questions as they take no prisoners

Pump the throttle and turn the ignition on and off and it back fires proper well!

Piece of piss to work on as well but handle like a large ferry.

Spent 6 months in Northern Ireland with them.

I was mate. We had Taverns, Saxons and Snatch when I was at Porta Down.

One bloke in Iraq opened his door and bent down lookin at his map. Driver got out for a piss and left the door open. An RPG went through the cab and brushed against the back of the commanders neck as he was looking at the map and went out the other side!

Fuck all protection against anything other than small arms.

Close call and a half lol.

They also have a cage for the front windows that sit flat on the bonnet and you have a bit of string to pull for when you want it to lift to protect the windows

Can't beat simple engineering.
