Can anyone tell me if a saph 4wd drive Mongoose exhaust system fill striaght onto a 2wd saph without any issues? Cheers.

Today I happened to drive over f****g deep pothole and my Mongoose exhaust middle silencer got hit pretty bad... It doesn't have hole in it but a big dent in it. As the 4x4 Mongoose exhaust consists of 3 pieces, I wonder if I could just buy the middle part with silencer separately from somewhere? Im just sort of a perfectionist so I would like if the exhaust would be intact. Another option would be to weld a 3'' straight pipe in the place of the silencer but this should make the car very loud?
