Default puma conversion problems

ive recently bought a mk4 1.2 fiesta with a blown engine (r reg analogue) and a 1.7 crashed puma (w reg digital) then i set about completely stripping both and put engine gearbox ecu fusebox both looms key barrel transponder in to the fiesta. i came to start it and its trying but the petrol isnt reaching the rail. im not a mechanic but thought this was a easy conversion to start to practice for a mk2
if any one has any ideas i would really appreciate it
ive already put perol in and bypassed fuel cut off

I know this sounds stupid but have you fitted the fuel lines correctly? It's defiantly something stupid if it's turning over.

Is the fuel pump priming when you turn the ignition on?

Turn the ignition on, you'll hear the pump whirr for about a second. If it doesn't then i'd be checking wiring to pump/relays etc.
