You do know it won't build boost up while stationary?

Quick simple test. Pull both vac pipes off the wastegate and take it for a drive. If it boosts let off IMMEDIATELY!!

Can you post a pic of the install - so we can see how you've piped everything up and how the wastegate is mounted.

only thing different is the pipe going form turbo housing to bottom of wastgate so i could rule out boost controller

Have you actually driven it, as it won't boost without load.

Reading back through, how did you solve the wastegate from being open full time and the screamer barking its nuts off?

Have you checked the spring in the wastegate? You can also check to see whether the wastegate is actuating by hooking a air line onto the bottom port of the wastegate and seeing if the plunger moves.

Also I see a Black ERST over Shoreham - is that yours? Has Red calipers and RS 7 Softlines.

What spec is the turbo? And what does the Boost gauge read at 1k, 2k, 3k, 4k etc? Does it boost a small amount or always in vacuum?

Yeah thats mine mate. Its meant to be a gt30 so ive just been told by the person i bought it off. on idal it reads -10 an when i drive it then goes to 0 sometimes 0.01/2/3 thats all i get. ive just taken wastegate off an blanked it an took it for a drive still no different so its not the wastegate which now leaves turbo at fault which cr turbo doesnt think it is or major boost leak which i just done a test an is leaking between throttle body to inlet but still dont think its bad enough to give no boost

Yikes. Whats the actual spec of the Turbo - what is the A/R on both hot and cold sides and Trim of the wheels? If it's GT spec it'll need water cooling (can't quite see in your pics).

It might be mismatched to your engine spec.

No idea - the A/R ratio has been polished off the housing. Are you 100% you have no boost leaks? And how far have you taken it - 5500rpm and still zero (with a decent load an in 3rd gear say)?

The Honda guys like turbos to start boosting well after 5000 rpm.
Honda cylinder heads have great flow - but one has to rev very high to take advantage.
I would not be surprised if it will only start boosting at 5000 or even later.

250 psi?
That is extremely high. What compression ratio is the engine supposed to have.
Typical compression check for a turbo engine is about 160 psi.

I wouldn't have thought that would stop it boosting at all. I had a leak once on my TB to inlet and it still boosted like normal. Conor had a massive leak on his inlet to head gasket and it still boosted.
