My s1 is running a 2.0 Zvh and I'm wondering what radiator would be best as its doesn't have one at the mo would a ally s1 be big enough ?

 

Yes mate get an alloy one from the likes of airtec or pro alloy etc , they dramaitcally lower the running temps and arent that expensive either

Might be an idea to see if it has an uprated fan switch from msd and 82 degree thermostat while your at it

And upgrade the fan wiring too. One of the best sub Ł30 mods I have ever done. I had twin fans and they were not blowing fast enough through standard wiring and caused slight melting in the fuse box.

 

Did you buy a wiring loom for this or wire it yourself? Id like to do it to mine but not sure how.
