Quick Question:

Just for MOT reasons really and its all I can grab at the minute....

205/50/16 with offset of et46. Mk1 Cougar Alloys.

Will I need spacers or can I just bolt them on?

there 5 stud if remember

 

Cougar was a MK1/2 Mondeo in a different shape. 4-stud pattern.

 

they will fit but the bolt holes are big so get big headed bolts (swapping washers from post 90 cars will work)
they will rub if you are low as with any car
ive had a few sets, nice wheels but a bit modern looking

 

I have et40 tsw evos 7.5j and they are a mm or so off touching the shock with no spacers so how will the et46 cougar wheels clear without spacers ?

 

I have some larger collared bolts. My car is lowered 40mm, what size spacers will i need?
