If you have 2 hands, a pair of eyes, and a phillips screwdriver you can't go wrong

no you should not need too remobe the carpet if it likes most fords, should be two blots under the base of seat will take tow mins to do,and the upper part of the rear seat should be a couple of bolts two at back the of the seat, easy to see with the boot open.

The front seats should be 10mm bolts which you should be able to undo with a socket,or you might be able to undo them from undernaeth, its normally a piss easy job or it is or a orion or escort so thinking the sapph would be the same Luke

Sure someone will who has taken a sapph interior out will be along shortly

Take the front out and the base of the rear out first the screws are under the front lip on two tabs that stick out the screws are horizontal and are facing the base of the front seats you may have to remove the back of the rear seats too depending on where the cage pickup points are if the rear brace goes to the strut tops say bye bye to you're rear seats as they will not be going back in

Hammer and chisel should do it

two phillips screews under at the front of the lower bench, the back then clips out.

There is some torx bolts from the hinges into the back of the seats

the side bolsters, again just unclip ( from memory )

For the rear side bolsters - the wheel arches have two metal tabs (front and side) folded over the loops in the bottom of the bolsters.
Once these are undone, the bolsters slide up to unclip.

Front seats will be easy to take out mate, the hassle you'll have messing aroung with the cage if you leave them in you could save time by taking them out before you start. I'd go under the car and spray WD40 or penetrating oil on the bolts that hold the seat in before you try to undo them.

so only the driver seat required then,

worth undoing the bolts on the driver seat and re-tightening them, so you'll know they will come stright out when in the garage. So only a 5 min job.
