Well altho i have the DJR 2 car to build , plus my black 500 under bonet resto to finish i thought i may aswell sort my next build

God so jealous, i keep saying tho if u work hard you can have some nice toys.

This one will be either Black all over or white all over ,,NO STICKERS ,,

My biggest regrett was putting the Caltex livery on the other car as everyone calls it a replica when it isnt ,its a race car i built how i wanted it but liked the Caltex livery so did it them colours ,,This time it will look like a std road car other than the wheels

The RS500 touring cars weren't actually RS500's. Teams took new unused 909 shells and fitted them with touring car parts. The same as you did, You could legitimately call it a new RS500 touring car.

Glad you are doing this as you have mentioned it in another thread!

What is the shell? Is it a Group A shell or 1 that has been built to that spec just it has the cut out on the front wings.

 

What's it like to have that much money to burn?

Its a full group A shell

Its the exact same shell as the brooklyn shell , even all the fuel pump brackets etc are on this shell like the brooklyn car

 

Love that you restor touring cars and are still building Sierra's (race or road) to such high standards.

Also, if you don't mind me asking... do you know of any Ronal Racing splits for sale.

White with ford credit stickers like the other trackstar car that lost its sponser that looked awsome!!!!Who gives a fook whay people think the caltex is fooking awsome and one of my fav 3 doors along with ellie.
The caltex is one of the newest iconic cars. Im sure if you did a poll you wouldnt get many people giving the caltex bad press and calling it a replica
